NFL, Jaguars Sue Casino Boat Over QB Trademark

Law360, New York (January 13, 2011, 1:47 PM EST) -- The NFL, Jacksonville Jaguars Ltd. and its starting quarterback has sacked a casino cruise boat operator with a lawsuit, alleging that the sports gambling business has been using an unauthorized photograph of the Jaguars player in uniform.

John A. Tucker and Chanley T. Howell of Foley & Lardner LLP lodged the complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida on Wednesday, suing Jacks or Better LLC on behalf of the NFL, NFL Properties LLC, the Jaguars and its quarterback David Garrard....
