Wiley Rein, Patton Boggs Attys Join House Staff

Law360, New York (January 13, 2011, 12:22 PM EST) -- House Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Fred Upton, R-Mich., announced Thursday the addition of new members to the panel's legal and policy staffs, including two Capitol Hill veterans from Patton Boggs LLP and Wiley Rein LLP.

Michael Bloomquist, a partner in Wiley Rein's international trade and policy groups, has been tapped as the committee's deputy general counsel, and Todd Harrison, a former federal prosecutor now working as a white collar defense attorney in Patton Boggs' New York office, will serve as chief counsel to the Energy...
