Court Orders FERC To Review Phase-Out Ruling

Law360, New York (April 4, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. energy watchdog was ordered Tuesday to reconsider its decision to give public utility Entergy Corp. one year to fix an unreasonable formula used to spread costs around.

The Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia granted a petition by the Louisiana Public Service Commission to remand the 12-year-old dispute back to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for review.
