Calif. Insurance Head Wants Rate Increases Delayed

Law360 (January 13, 2011, 3:18 PM EST) -- California's insurance commissioner has asked four of the state's largest health insurance carriers to delay the implementation of scheduled premium rate increases in order to give his office more time to review the proposed changes.
