St. Vincent Wants Caritas To Pay Up

Law360, New York (April 4, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- St. Vincent Catholic Medical Centers has filed a suit against Caritas Health Care Planning Inc., alleging it has failed to comply with the terms for the sale of two St. Vincent hospitals and has thus put the bankrupt medical center's reorganization in peril.
