2nd Circ. Orders Release Of Chevron Ecuador Footage

Law360, New York (January 13, 2011, 2:45 PM EST) -- The Second Circuit has ruled a filmmaker cannot invoke journalistic privilege to prevent outtakes of a documentary covering the legal fight between Chevron Corp. and Ecuadoreans seeking $27 billion for alleged environmental damage from being introduced at trial.
