Ex-Perot Trader Faces 10 Years For Securities Fraud

Law360, New York (January 13, 2011, 7:56 PM EST) -- A former Perot Investments Inc. trader faces a 10-year prison term after he pled guilty Thursday to insider trading charges alleging that he pocketed $8.6 million off Dell Inc.’s buyout of Perot Systems Corp.
