Judge OKs $51M Florida Medicaid Contract

Law360, New York (January 14, 2011, 6:04 PM EST) -- An administrative law judge has backed a Florida agency’s decision to award a contract to help manage the state's Medicaid program to a vendor whose offer was nearly $12.2 million more than that of the company currently performing the work.
