AUO Exec Can Leave US Amid LCD Price-Fixing Charges

Law360, New York (January 14, 2011, 7:12 PM EST) -- A federal judge on Friday returned a passport to the CEO of AU Optronics Corp., who will now be allowed to take a three-week trip to his home country of Taiwan despite facing criminal charges over price-fixing in the liquid crystal display industry.
