DOJ, Health Care Reform Challengers Launch Appeals

Law360, New York (January 18, 2011, 3:24 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Justice and plaintiffs challenging the health care reform law have filed their first briefs in separate appeals in the Sixth and Fourth circuits, offering opposing takes on the constitutionality of the law's individual mandate.
