Judge Rules For Yahoo, Microsoft, AOL In Web Caching Suit

Law360 (September 20, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge in California has granted summary judgment for Akami, Inktomi, Yahoo, Microsoft, and Netscape in Teknowledge's patent lawsuit over of a web caching technology.

Teknowledge’s complaint claimed the technology companies were infringing a patented technology used to reduce latency and communication costs for members of a group with interests in similar objects on a network.
