Cantor Can't Seek Damages For 9/11 Employee Deaths

Law360, New York (January 19, 2011, 4:23 PM EST) -- A federal judge has rejected Cantor Fitzgerald's damages calculations in a suit over the recovery of losses from the 9/11 attacks, claiming that the brokerage firm can't hold American Airlines Inc. responsible for economic damages associated with its employees’ deaths.
