Boeing Settles With Passengers In Denver Plane Crash

Law360, New York (January 20, 2011, 5:16 PM EST) -- Boeing Co. has resolved a consolidated action brought by passengers aboard Continental Airlines Flight 1404, which veered off a Denver runway and crashed during takeoff in December 2008.

Judge Robert Blackburn of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado issued a minute order on Jan. 4 indicating that the cases have settled and directed the parties to file their dismissal papers by Feb. 28.
