USDA Kicks Off Biobased Labeling System

Law360 (January 20, 2011, 12:16 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture BioPreferred Program's new voluntary certification and labeling system to identify biobased products made from renewable resources went into effect Thursday, aiming to help consumers and federal agencies identify and buy the more eco-friendly goods.
