Old GM Faces $2M Suit Over Ohio Superfund Cleanup

Law360, New York (January 20, 2011, 6:32 PM EST) -- NCR Corp. has filed suit against the still-bankrupt portion of General Motors Corp., claiming it contractually owes more than $2.2 million for the cleanup of a Superfund site in Dayton, Ohio.
