SEC Sues West End Investment Firms For Fraud

Law360, New York (January 20, 2011, 7:10 PM EST) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday accused three affiliated New York-based investment firms and four former senior officers with fraud, misuse of client assets and other violations involving their $66 million advisory business.
