Bipartisan Group Of Sens. Call For Patent Reforms

Law360 (January 20, 2011, 7:37 PM EST) -- A bipartisan group of senators is prepared to endorse patent reform legislation that will shift the U.S. to a first-to-file system, Senate Judiciary Chairman Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., and ranking member Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, said Thursday.
