Auto-Repo Tech Cos. Hit Rivals With Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (January 21, 2011, 4:04 PM EST) -- Automobile repossession technology providers MVConnect LLC and Recovery Manager Pro LLC have accused two rivals of costing them millions of dollars in existing and potential business by conspiring to stifle market competition for two key repo-industry tools.
