Del. Judges Put Mortgage Doc Destruction On Hold

Law360, New York (January 24, 2011, 8:45 PM EST) -- Two bankruptcy judges took steps on Monday to protect loan documents set to be destroyed by defunct mortgage lenders that could be valuable to ongoing criminal investigations and civil suits concerning mortgage fraud.
