Aera Energy Fights For Calif. Oil Leases In DC Circ.

Law360, New York (January 24, 2011, 7:39 PM EST) -- Exxon Mobil Corp. and Royal Dutch Shell PLC affiliate Aera Energy LLC asked the D.C. Circuit on Monday to return the rights to several hydrocarbon leases off the California coast that the U.S. Department of the Interior had revoked.
