High Court Won't Review $65M RBC Securities Verdict

Law360, New York (January 24, 2011, 1:10 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has declined RBC Capital Markets LLC's request to consider whether an appeals court erred in overturning a $65 million jury verdict against business owners accused of breaking an oral agreement in a securities sale.

The high court on Monday denied RBC's petition for writ of certiorari, giving no reason for its decision.
