Arbitration Nixed In Blackwater Wrongful Death Case

Law360 (January 24, 2011, 5:41 PM EST) -- A federal judge has upheld an arbitration panel's decision to terminate proceedings between Blackwater Services LLC and the estate manager for four ex-Blackwater employees murdered in Iraq, effectively tossing claims against the military contractor in a separate suit.
