9th Circ. Taps 3 Attys For Bankruptcy Court Openings

Law360, New York (January 25, 2011, 4:42 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit has appointed three local attorneys to fill vacancies in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, which has experienced a more than 40 percent increase in filings during the past year.
