Dimora Offers Up New Defense Attys In Kickbacks Case

Law360, New York (January 25, 2011, 5:46 PM EST) -- A former Ohio county commissioner charged with trading government contracts for kickbacks has put forward a new defense team, rejecting counsel a federal judge assigned him after his initial attorney stopped representing him over money issues.
