Feds Seek Time To Rebut La. Sen.'s Fraud Defense

Law360, New York (January 26, 2011, 2:54 PM EST) -- Federal prosecutors have asked for more time to respond to a motion to vacate the conviction of a former Louisiana lawmaker who claims his attorney told him to falsify documents in hopes of dodging an indictment for money laundering.
