3rd Circ. Renews Benefits In Ex-AA Pilot's ERISA Suit

Law360, New York (January 26, 2011, 3:36 PM EST) -- The Third Circuit has reinstated disability benefits to a former American Airlines Inc. pilot, overturning its own precedent that an employer has no conflict of interest when it operates an actuarially grounded pension plan paid through a trust.
