Enviros, Indian Tribes Sue BLM Over Nev. Wind Farm

Law360, New York (January 26, 2011, 4:56 PM EST) -- Two environmental groups and several Native American tribes are suing the Bureau of Land Management, saying the U.S. Department of the Interior agency failed to weigh environmental and cultural concerns before approving a wind farm on public lands in Nevada.
