Fed. Circ. Trims Medtronic Surgery Patent Claims

Law360 (January 26, 2011, 8:13 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit has asked a district court to review a $2.7 million award to a Medtronic Inc. unit that sued Globus Medical Inc. over spinal surgery patents, saying the court erred in finding Globus infringed all five asserted claims.
