Law360, New York (January 27, 2011, 2:46 PM EST) -- The federal judge overseeing Evergreen Helicopters Inc.'s suit alleging Erickson Air-Crane Inc. monopolized the Skycrane helicopter parts and maintenance market has determined Evergreen was harmed as a third-party beneficiary when Erickson breached a 1992 purchase contract.
