US, South Korea Finalize Details On Trade Deal

Law360 (January 27, 2011, 4:34 PM EST) -- The U.S. and South Korea have finalized the language of their pending free trade deal, moving the accord closer to a vote by the legislatures in each country.

The South Korean trade ministry said in a statement Thursday that the two countries plan to officially sign the pact in mid-February. The sides reached a tentative agreement in December after completing renegotiations to address concerns by the U.S. auto industry.
