Ex-Hospital VP Asks For 2 Years In Corruption Case

Law360, New York (January 27, 2011, 4:55 PM EST) -- A former executive of a federally funded Cleveland hospital asked a judge Thursday for a prison sentence of two years or less after being convicted of bribery and other corruption charges.

Former MetroHealth System vice president Thomas J. Greco asked the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio to limit his sentence to no more than 24 months of imprisonment and no more than a year of supervised release.
