SynQor Pulls Ericsson, Cisco Into Converter IP Fight

Law360, New York (January 31, 2011, 3:53 PM EST) -- SynQor Inc. has accused Ericsson Inc., Cisco Systems Inc. and Vicor Corp. of infringing five power converter patents — the same technology that netted the converter manufacturer a $95 million jury award against a host of electronics companies in December.

SynQor made the infringement allegations in a complaint filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas by Michael D. Hatcher, David T. DeZern, Thomas D. Rein, Russell E. Cass, Paul E. Veith and Stephanie P. Koh of Sidley Austin LLP....
