Rodenticide Co. Triumphs In Bid To Challenge EPA Ban

Law360 (January 31, 2011, 4:36 PM EST) -- A federal judge has ruled that a producer of rodent-killing chemicals should have a chance to challenge a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency decision to ban one of the company's products.
