Apple's Invalidity Claims Can't Halt MP3 Player IP Suit

Law360, New York (January 31, 2011, 6:54 PM EST) -- A federal judge has rejected technology giant Apple Inc.'s bid for a ruling that several of the patent claims asserted in Personal Audio LLC's infringement suit over MP3 players are invalid.

Judge Ron Clark of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas signed off on an order denying Apple's motion for summary judgment of indefiniteness on Sunday.
