US Told To Revamp Off-Road Rules For Mojave Desert

Law360, New York (February 1, 2011, 4:22 PM EST) -- A federal judge has ordered the U.S. Bureau of Land Management to retool its management plan for 25 million acres of public land in Southern California to minimize the environmental impact of off-road vehicles.
