AllergyFree Foods Accuses Ex-President Of Fraud

Law360, New York (February 1, 2011, 6:29 PM EST) -- Facing a fraud suit from two of its initial investors, AllergyFree Foods Co. Inc. has filed a third-party complaint for fraud and breach of contract against its former top executive, saying he should be responsible for the suit's costs.

AllergyFree Foods' complaint, filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, says that its former President David McMahon and his former secretary, Michelle Pedretti, conspired to "steal and extort substantial funds from AllergyFree."
