Lehman Fights JPMorgan's Fraud Claims

Law360 (February 2, 2011, 2:03 PM EST) -- Bankrupt Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. is seeking to throw out claims filed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. over fallout from prebankruptcy transactions between them, saying the financial giant is trying to immunize itself from the consequences of its own misconduct.
