Weston Continues Fight For $12M Cleanup Contract

Law360, New York (February 3, 2011, 5:53 PM EST) -- Weston Solutions Inc. has lodged an appeal in its suit alleging the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers overlooked the company when negotiating a $12 million contract for hazardous waste cleanup in Alaska.

Weston turned to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on Tuesday, contending that the lower court erred in dismissing its case over the selection process for the contract.
