ITC, Commerce To Review Duties On OJ From Brazil

Law360, New York (February 2, 2011, 7:26 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission and the Department of Commerce have launched a review of an anti-dumping duty order on orange juice imported from Brazil.

The review, initiated Tuesday, is a five-year sunset review of a March 2006 anti-dumping duty order on frozen concentrated and pasteurized, not-from-concentrate orange juice from Brazil, the world's largest exporter of frozen orange juice. The anti-dumping duty order review is mandated under the Uruguay Round Agreements Act.
