CareCore To Drop Radiologist Owners In NY AG Pact

Law360, New York (February 2, 2011, 5:41 PM EST) -- CareCore National LLC has promised New York's attorney general that its radiologist owners will divest from the company, a move that follows a jury's award of $11.7 million to upright MRI providers CareCore allegedly unfairly excluded from its major insurance networks.
