DC Circ. To Verizon: We'll Pick The Judges, Thanks

Law360, New York (February 2, 2011, 4:23 PM EST) -- Verizon Communications Inc. will not get to choose the panel of judges that will hear its appellate fight with the Federal Communications Commission over net neutrality, the D.C. Circuit ruled Wednesday.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit issued a per curiam order denying Verizon's motion to have its fight with the FCC heard by the same panel that heard Comcast Corp.'s net neutrality appeal in 2010.
