Judge Trims Players In Butterball Don, Doff Action

Law360, New York (February 2, 2011, 7:33 PM EST) -- A federal judge on Wednesday partially granted two dismissal motions in a don-doff labor action against Butterball LLC, tossing putative class representatives who are involved in a similar suit against the turkey processor along with several individual defendants.
