Martin Sues US Over $7M Marina Contract Termination

Law360, New York (February 3, 2011, 5:58 PM EST) -- Martin Construction Inc. has sued the federal government to block its demand that the company pay $3.2 million in reimbursement costs over a terminated North Dakota marina contract.

Martin, which lodged its complaint Tuesday in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, had filed an earlier suit in the same court against the government over the marina contract that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers terminated for lack of progress.
