UK Law Rules In InBev 'Bud' Suit: EU Court Adviser

Law360, New York (February 3, 2011, 3:52 PM EST) -- An adviser to the European Court of Justice has held that British law should apply to Anheuser-Busch InBev NV's latest battle with Czech rival Budejovicky Budvar NP over the rights to an European Union-wide “Budweiser” trademark.
