AMD To Quiz Intel Over Missing E-Mails

Law360, New York (April 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Intel Corp. executives will be questioned under oath by microprocessor rival Advanced Micro Devices over the loss of countless e-mails that may prove critical in the antitrust lawsuit the two are engaged in.

AMD said it would take its out-of-court deposition of designated Intel witnesses in the California offices of its lawyers O’Melveny & Myers on April 24.
