EU-Bound Fakes Should Be Seized: High Court Adviser

Law360, New York (February 3, 2011, 7:11 PM EST) -- Customs officials should be allowed to seize counterfeit goods passing through the European Union if they suspect the items are bound for sale within the 27-nation bloc, an adviser to the EU high court said Thursday.
