3M Wins Transfer Of Road Sign Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (February 4, 2011, 3:21 PM EST) -- A federal judge has granted 3M Co.'s request to transfer an antitrust suit over reflective highway signage, saying the case should be heard by the same court addressing 3M's patent infringement suit over the same reflective surfacing.
