EU Revives Bid For Blocwide Collective Actions

Law360, New York (February 4, 2011, 12:32 PM EST) -- European officials renewed their efforts to set up a European Union-wide collective litigation system Friday, asking for feedback on how to best handle collective suits brought under competition, environmental, consumer protection and financial regulation laws.
