7th Circ. Won't Rehear Admiral Coverage Conflict

Law360 (February 7, 2011, 12:41 PM EST) -- The Seventh Circuit has rejected Admiral Insurance Co.’s bid for a rehearing, standing by a January decision that revived R.C. Wegman Construction Co.'s suit alleging the insurer failed to notify it of coverage shortfalls in an underlying worker injury action.
