Fed. Circ. Sends Ironing Board Duties Back To DOC

Law360, New York (February 7, 2011, 5:05 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit has sided with Home Products International Inc. in a dispute over anti-dumping duties on Chinese ironing boards, finding that parties other than the U.S. Department of Commerce can request to have a case on appeal remanded if new evidence comes to light.
